Raspberry danish … apple-cinnamon strudel … these words alone are enough to make most mouths water. The Baking and Pastry Specialist program can train you to be the person who creates these delicious pastry selections.

If you can supply a love of baking, a creative spirit and a willingness to experiment, Institute of Technology can supply the training you need to succeed. Hands-on coursework provides the foundational skills needed to create breads, specialty breads, desserts, chocolates, tarts and tortes.

When you complete this program, you will have met the American Culinary Certification Standards for Safety and Sanitation training.

Uniforms and a cake decorating kit are included in the cost of the program. Textbooks are provided to the student either as classroom or student-issue learning resources.
