(15-month diploma program)
Ever thought about owning or managing a restaurant? It’s not impossible. In fact, many successful restaurant owners and managers started out just like you – passionate about cooking and wanting to build on that passion. The Culinary Arts Professional program can give you the skills to start down that path.
Discover what it takes to run a restaurant or move into supervisory positions with courses in management and communications. During this program, you’ll not only learn how to manage and operate a restaurant, but you’ll thoroughly study American regional cuisine, Asian cuisine and culinary knife skills.
When you complete this program, you will have met the American Culinary Federation Certification Standards for Supervisory Management and Nutritional training. In addition, you will have individual Certificates as a ServSafe Food Protection Manager and in ServSafe Responsible Alcohol Service from the National Restaurant Association.
