Chef Waddell is an American Culinary Federation Certified Culinarian. He is the Vice President of the Chefs of San Joaquin Valley Chapter of the American Culinary Federation and an award-winning educator in California. Chef Waddell recently received the distinction of being named the Educator of the Year for the Chefs of San Joaquin Valley Chapter of the American Culinary Federation.

A 26-year culinary veteran, Chef Paul has worked in every facet of food service and fine dining. From delis and catering to four-star hotels, he began as a dishwasher but worked his way to a position as executive chef, where he's been for 15 years.

A two-time winner of the Chef of the Year by the California Capitol Chefs Association (CCCA), Chef Don has worked as an executive chef and collected numerous esteemed titles and awards. His accomplishments over the last two decades include earning the title of Certified Executive Chef and serving eight years as an American Culinary Federation Chair for the western region. He has also earned the designation of Certified Culinary Administrator and currently serves as member of the American Academy of Chefs.
